Working with the Green Shape® Standard 

Would you like to get started with Green Shape®?

Here you will find an overview of the first steps: 

1. Inform yourself: Familiarize yourself with the standard - e.g. through the testprogram, the applicable documents and the FAQ. 

2. Self-assessment:
   Download the Green Shape self-assessment and evaluate internally whether your products and processes are fundamentally suitable. 

3. Submit an application:
   Submit the official application to Green Shape e.V. 

4. Find a certification body:
   After receiving a positive decision, you select an approved certification body and arrange an audit. 

5. Preparation & audit:
   Prepare your certificates and have your products checked according to the Green Shape Standard.
